Pre-Discharge Status

The Pre-Discharge Status feature view pre-discharge status information reports for clients.

 

Permissions Required

The Pre-Discharge Status feature is available to users with the following permissions:

  • Program Chart Access
  • Display Any Chart Records Buttons
  • Display Chart Records Discharge Button

 

Working with Pre-Discharge Status Information

  • Click Census > Discharge > Pre-Discharge Status. The Pre-Discharge Status Data Entry Client Selection page will display.
  • Select the Client from the Client drop-down menu.
  • Click Continue. The Pre-Discharge Status [for xx client] page will display.
  • This page contains previously entered pre-discharge status information for the selected client (if any), as well as a blank row for entering a new status. Anticipated discharge information is also displayed if it was entered in the past.
  • Make changes to any existing information as necessary, and/or enter new information by configuring the fields/options in the blank status record row. 
  • In the Anticipated Discharge Date field, type or make changes to the client's anticipated date of discharge, if applicable, and then click the corresponding to drop-down arrow and select the residential program to which the client will be discharged. Select "Discharge from Agency Housing" from this list if the client is not expected to be discharged to another agency program.
  • Click Update.

 

Viewing a Pre-Discharge Status Report

  • Click the Reports icon to view the Reports index page.
  • Select the Program from the Program drop-down menu. You can also select "All" or "Custom Grouping" to view more than one together. 
  • Search for the Pre-Discharge Status Report and Click on the report's name. The Pre-Discharge Status Report Client Selection page will display.

  • Select the Client from the drop-down menu, or leave it set to "All Clients." Click Continue. The report will display.
