AWARDS User Management


Login Maintenance

Create user logins to AWARDS, configure and assign individuals to user groups, change passwords, and complete other administrative tasks related to system access.


Permissions Maintenance

Adjust the level of access individual users and groups of users have to information and functionality within the AWARDS database.

 

Permitted Users

Grant or revoke Reception Desk authority for users who might otherwise not have access to that feature; for example, clients with AWARDS logins.


Local Help Desk Staff

Maintain the list of staff who are designated members of the "local help desk" team - those who receive help desk tickets from end users and can engage with the Foothold Technology help desk when assistance is needed.
