"Go to" Navigation Menu
When selected, the Go To navigation menu allows you to quickly navigate to various modules within a client's record, within the selected program. This menu includes three tabs: Favorites, Modules, and Forms.
Note: the modules you see listed are based on the modules enabled for the selected program and your chart access permissions.
This feature also includes a type-ahead filter that can be used to more easily find what you're looking for. As you type in letters or a keyword, the list is filtered to those options that contain your criteria.
Note: Upon initial release of this feature, not all client modules are included in the Go To menu - such as Intake/Admission, Discharge, Calendar, Forms, Household Composition, Program History Corrections, Service Coordinators, and Waiting List. These modules are only accessible via the global navigation flyout menu at this time but may be made available from this Client Chart Navigation Go To menu as part of future releases.

There is a Program dropdown that will allow for the program selected to be changed to a program in which the client has records.
The options are a list of programs in which the client is currently in intake for or enrolled followed by past programs. This list will coincide with the Program History modal.
Note: if a client has a current enrollment in a program and past enrollments for that same program, it will only be listed under current.

You can navigate to a client’s chart in a program the client was discharged from without a current enrollment record and allow access to records from that program.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose what data to display in the Client Information Header?
No. At this time the Client Information Header is not configurable. In future releases, additional data elements will be made available for display.
Can I hide or disable the Client Information Header?
No. You can only collapse the additional contact section.
What displays in the avatar in the Client Information Header?
If the client has a face sheet photo attached, that will display. If not, a color avatar with the client's first and last initials will be displayed. Check out the Face Sheet Photo information to learn how to add a client's photo to their face sheet.
Can I edit any of the information in the Client Information Header?
No. Edits to any of the Client Information Header data must be done in the source module or source page it is located in, such as the Face Sheet page or the Client Alerts module.
Is the Client Information Header viewable on mobile devices?
Yes! We've optimized the Client Information Header to be viewable, expandable, and collapsible on tablets and smartphones, in both portrait and landscape orientation.
Are there any AWARDS pages where the Client Information Header does not display?
Yes. The Client Information Header does not display in the following locations:
- Pages in modules where you can select more than one client such as Reception Desk, Group Notes, Group Activities, and Incidents.
- Reports or export files, even if you run them only for one client.
- Any non-client-specific modules such as Human Resources, Operations, and System Setup.
Does the Client Information Header display on printed records?
No. The Client Information Header is intended for on-screen reference only.
Why are some modules missing from the "Go to" menu?
Not all client modules were initially able to be included in the "Go to" menu. Some not there yet included Intake/Admission, Discharge, Calendar, Forms, Household Composition, Program History Corrections, Service Coordinators, and Waiting List, among others.
If you do not see a module in the "Go to" menu that you previously had access to, you can still access it using the global navigation menu. We plan to incorporate more modules into the "Go to" menu as part of upcoming releases to give more complete access to a client's chart from there.
