The List Creator feature allows you to view lists created from AWARDS data being ingested into AccuBill. You can also create custom lists for use in AccuBill.
Permissions Needed
To use the list creator functionality in AccuBill, you need the following permission:
- Account Mgmt. > List Creator > CRETE/UPDATE LIST ITEMS and/or DELETE LIST ITEMS
Viewing & Editing Lists
AWARDS Lists
These lists are "view only." They are populated based on various program configurations and are used to populate billing requirement settings for procedures.
AccuBill Lists
These lists can be configured and include:
Payer Groups - Create a list of groups that can be assigned to payers (eg: Managed Care, Private/Third Party, etc.). This will enable batching by payer group within the Creating Charges feature.
Procedure Groups - Create a list of groups that can be assigned to procedures (eg: Outpatient, Residential, etc.). This will enable batching by procedure group within the Creating Charges feature.
List Creator Table
Within the Payers Crosswalk table, you’ll see the following columns:
- Name - Name of the list
- Description - Description of the list
- Last Modified - The date and time the list was last updated
- Actions
- View or Edit List - View is present for all Read-only locked lists and Edit List is available to Payer Groups and Procedure Groups.
- Change History - Lists all updates made to the list.
