Attendance

The attendance module is an optional database feature used to maintain and view employee attendance records, including timesheets, work schedules, time-off requests, and absence reports. 

Note: If this feature has not been configured for your AWARDS database, you will see a Work Schedules feature in its place. For more information on Work Schedules, click here.
 


Required Permissions 

When the optional Attendance functionality is turned on in an AWARDS database, it is available to all AWARDS users with employee logins.


Features

The Attendance functionality is comprised of the following features.

ABSENCES REPORT - Learn to view read-only employee absence reports.

TIME OFF REQUESTS - Learn to submit, approve, and remove time off requests.

TIMESHEETS - Learn to maintain and print employee timesheets, and to view timesheet reports.

WORK SCHEDULES - Learn to update employee work schedules, and to view work schedule reports.
