Zoom Integration in AWARDS is Sunsetting - As of the Close of Business Tuesday, February 21st

We regret to inform you that as of the close of business today (February 21st), the Zoom integration in AWARDS will be sunsetted. While we understand that this may be disruptive to some of our users, and comes without advance warning, it is a decision we felt had to be made.

We were very recently informed by Zoom that they are adjusting the certification requirements that allow vendors to remain on the Zoom Marketplace. These adjusted requirements would involve a significant amount of engineering time and effort on our part in order to retain our current integration. As this feature is not heavily used by our overall customer base, and because this work would take our engineering team away from high-priority Redesign work, we determined that the best course of action is to discontinue the Zoom integration. 

The AWARDS Zoom integration is fairly limited in that it signs the user directly into their Zoom account, but the Zoom website does the work from there. After today, AWARDS users can still use their own Zoom accounts to continue to schedule meetings with their clients, but the Zoom button in the navigation bar of AWARDS will no longer be available. We recommend you set up a browser bookmark to the Zoom login page so that you can still quickly log into your account.
