The following new features, enhancements, and/or updates became available in your AWARDS database beginning on March 8th, 2023.
Incidents - Incident Type Field Defaults to a Blank Field
When using the Incidents Module to create a new Incident, the Incident Type field will now display a blank as the default, with no option selected. Unless your agency chooses to not require this field, this will force users to select the actual Incident Type before saving the form.
FormBuilder - Diagnosis ReportBuilder "Order Level" Field Now an Option!
When using the Dynamic Section Report Format of the Diagnoses ReportBuilder, the “Order Level” field can now be included. On each form, the Order Level displayed in that section will be that which is saved for the client’s diagnosis for the program to which the form belongs.
ReportBuilders - Demographics Data Available for More ReportBuilders
We continuously work to make the ReportBuilders across AWARDS more comprehensive and useful. Previously, Demographics data variables could be pulled in as extra fields for a variety of ReportBuilders such as: Calendar Events, Diagnoses, FormBuilder, Service Contacts, Providers, and more. Now, upon request, those data variables can be added to four more ReportBuilders:

Nightly Status ReportBuilder

Job Placements ReportBuilder

Charting Events ReportBuilder
To request added data variables to these four ReportBuilders, contact the Help Desk. Be sure to list the exact field names to be pulled from the Demographics ReportBuilder, and specify which report they should be added to.
