The following new features, enhancements, and/or updates became available in your AWARDS database beginning on May 3rd, 2023.
AWARDS Messages - Report/Export Content Visible in Forwarded Messages
When a report/export from ReportBuilder/ExportBuilder is sent to a user via Messages, and the message is then forwarded, the content of the report/export is now visible in the body of the message for the forwarded recipient.
FormBuilder ReportBuilder - Employee ID of Staff Worker Selected in an "All Current Staff" Dropdown
If you use the recently released option for "Default List = All Current Staff" in FormBuilder, not only will the name of the selected staff person display on your FormBuilder ReportBuilder for that field, but you now have a corresponding "Employee ID" field option for the report that will display the selected employee's ID. For example, if you have included a field on your form that is "Crisis Content" that populates with a selection from "All Current Staff", there will also be a report option for "Crisis Contact (Employee ID)" that would show the Employee ID of the staff worker selected as the Crisis Contact on the form. This could be useful if you want to filter a report on that field using the logged-in user's ID with the "=User ID" filter explained here.
When setting a FormBuilder selection list to use a Default List (All Current Staff, Program, or Eligible Provider), we have now made an update that will allow a Default Value to be set. For example, you could create a form field "Which worker will follow up?", set "Default List = All Current Staff", and use "Default Value = Primary Worker", which would select the client's primary worker as the selected staff member in that selection list when first opening a new form.
Plans & Reviews - Only Active Diet Info Will Display
To make Plans & Reviews consistent with FormBuilder and Face Sheet, if you opt to pull "Diet info" into Plans & Reviews, it will only display active diets, not discontinued ones.
Waiting List Configuration ReportBuilder and Waiting List Clients ReportBuilder - Now in the Reports Menu!
For agencies utilizing our Waiting List functionality, until now, the associated ReportBuilders have only been accessible from within the modules. We have now made them available from the Reports Menu, for users with the relevant permissions.
