AWARDS File Cabinet - Categories Can Now Be Required - February 27, 2024
For the Client File Cabinet (located on the Services - Individual menu and the Face Sheet), the Agency File Cabinet, and the Employee File Cabinet, you can specify a list of categories for the files. Now, you can make the Category field a required field! You can choose to make the Category field required for all file cabinets, or just particular ones. If you would like to utilize this functionality, you can ask the Help Desk or your Customer Experience Rep for assistance.
Global Navigation - Left Flyout Menus and Sub-Menus Will Now Scroll Into Place Automatically - February 27, 2024
A consistent piece of feedback we’ve received since the Redesign rollout is that when you access Forms under Charts > Services - Individual, the menus don’t scroll up when you open them, which requires the user to scroll excessively. Now, when you open a menu or sub-menu from the flyout, the menus will automatically scroll into place.
Forms Menus - Date Range Filters Removed - February 27, 2024
For each of these paths to a FormBuilder Index, the date range limiting filter has been removed:
- Charts > Employment > Jobs > Forms
- Charts > Medical > Forms
- Charts > Services - Individual > Forms
- Census > Discharge > Forms
- Administration > Human Resources > Forms
After selecting the client and employee, you will now see the complete list of completed assignments for the chosen assessment for the selected person (and program when it is a client form), without limiting it to a date range. This index displays all the forms in chronological descending order with the most recent first. No need to go back and adjust the date range when you don't see the form you're looking for, as they are all there on the page. We also recently moved the "Add New" button to the top, so you also don't need to scroll down for that button, even though the list of forms may now be longer. This change sets the stage for when we add FormBuilder Forms into the Client Chart Navigation feature's Go-To menu which will bring you straight to the client's form index!
Entitlements - Coordination of Benefits Field Can Be Required - February 5, 2024
In the Entitlements Module > Certified Entitlements feature > Insurance/Subsidized Payments Information section, you can now make the Coordination of Benefits field a required field. Reach out to the Help Desk or your Customer Experience Rep to configure this for you.
