Program History on Client Chart Navigation (Starting 2/5/25)

A Program History button has been added under the Client Info and Go To tabs. Clicking Program History will display the client's Program History records in a modal with Active, Past and All tabs to display the client's programs, status and dates. Users with access to Program History Corrections have a link on the modal to open the page to make corrections. For more information please see: Client Chart Navigation.

Deletion Option for Unapplied Payments and Adjustments (Starting 2/5/25)

Payments and adjustments that are entered and not associated with an invoice within the Manual Payments/Adjustments section of the BillingBuilder can now be deleted. When accessing the Consumer A/R History Report within the Reports section or the Consumer Billing Dashboard in BillingBuilder, you can now select the payments and/or adjustments that you would like to delete. Flexible ACT Status in MSR (Starting 2/5/25)

The consumer’s status for a Flexible ACT program can now be included in the MSR (Medicaid Services Report) in AWARDS. This status will be reported under the consumer’s name as, Flexible ACT Status: [name of the status assigned to consumer]. If there is more than one status assigned to the consumer for the month being billed, the status with the newest start date will be displayed.
To display this status in the MSR, the following needs to be setup/configured:
Administration > System Setup > Agency Program Information > Add/Edit Entire Program > Optional Settings tab: Check the box called Display Flexible ACT Status for Consumers in MSR.
Charts > Services - Individual > Program Status: For each consumer assign the desired status and date range associated with the status.

PROS Procedures Billed to Commercial Payers (Starting 2/5/25)

PROS Procedures can now be billed to payers with ‘commercial’ in the name. If a consumer has both payer types “Medicaid” and “Commercial” assigned to them, the Coordination of Benefits (COB) selection will be considered to ensure that the correct payer is billed first. No setup/adjustments are needed to utilize this new functionality. Please note that this new COB billing for PROS commercial payers does not change the COB billing rules in place for CT services and payers with ‘medicare’ in the name.
