The agency logo in the upper right-hand corner of most AWARDS page provides quick and easy access to printing, as does the Print selection found in the [user name] drop-down available in the AWARDS navigation bar. In both cases the Print dialog box is displayed. You can use its various settings to specify how the current AWARDS page should be printed.
For the best results when printing use the tools referenced here, rather than your Web browser's print feature.

Saving AWARDS Pages and PDFs
By default, most computers are set up to print to a printer; however, you may also be able to set up your system to "print to PDF" in order to save AWARDS pages / records as PDF files. Once saved as PDFs, AWARDS content can be viewed offline as needed.
In order to print to PDF, you will need to enable print to PDF functionality on your computer, or install a third party "PDF printer" software. Foothold Technology does not support either of these options, so we recommend you discuss your options with your agency's IT team. They will help determine the best solution for you, and may be able to assist you in implementing that solution.
Once your computer has been configured to print/save to PDF, you can follow the usual process for printing AWARDS pages, but change the selected printer to the PDF option when needed.

Using Print Preview
By default, both the Chrome and Firefox browsers display previews of pages to be printed, allowing you to see how they will appear and to make any necessary adjustments to those pages before printing them out.
Troubleshooting Printing Issues
If you are having difficulty printing confirm that you are using a supported browser. Printing problems can often be a symptom of using an out-of-date/unsupported browser.
