Client Search

The Client Search feature is located on the top-left of your AWARDS screen. 




Required Permissions

The Client Search feature is available to users with the following permissions: 

 

  • Program Chart Access

  • Display Any Chart Records Buttons

  • Client E-Signatures Settings (optional - required only if you will be using Client Search to set up electronic signatures for clients)

  • Emergency Access (optional - required only if you will be using the Emergency Access feature for break-the-glass access to client records)

  • Merge Duplicate Consumers (optional - required only if you will be using the Merge Duplicate Clients Tool to complete record clean-up)
