The AWARDS Housing module is used to maintain and review consumer housing information for both agency and external residences. Corresponding reports generated from data entered in this feature are accessible from the Reports module.
Required Permissions 
The Housing module is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Housing Button
Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Housing module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
Module Features

EXTERNAL HOUSING - Learn to maintain external housing records for non-residential programs.
NIGHTLY ABSENCES - Learn to track consumers' nights away from an agency housing program.
RESIDENCE SWAP / UNIT PHONE - Learn to swap clients between units in a residential program and to update residence unit phone numbers.
