This page includes up do date information about various aspects of the Billing Redesign project as they are deployed. You will see what is currently available, what is coming next, and what will be available later on as well as instructions.
Our first installment of the PROS Redesign project has been deployed!
What's Available Now
Hard coded billing for Medicaid and Commercial payers
Is now available for configuration and processing.
Billing Configuration
We have pre-configured part of the Medicaid/Commercial billing setup for you. For each payer in your database that:

- Includes “Medicaid” or “Commercial” in the Payer name
- Currently contains a PROS billing type
You will find a new billing type named PROS Redesign 2025. This new billing type is pre-loaded with the updated PROS procedures.
You will need to complete Program Billing Groups, Program Billing Info, and Billing Rate data entry. For instructions please see:

We are working on a New and Improved PROS Summary Record of Services that will indicate unadjusted and adjusted units for each service, and a summary of which procedures and how many units you can expect to bill for each client
