The AWARDS Portal is an optional enhancement. Please contact your Success Manager if you are interested in signing up.
AWARDS Portal provides a way for staff and clients to send secure messages to each other.
When you log into AWARDS Portal, your most recent Secure Messages will display in the upper left quadrant of your Home page.
You can access your entire Secure Messages history by selecting the Messages link in the left menu.
Click the New Message button in the upper right to Compose a new message. Message type is required.
You can click on a message in the Inbox to open it to reply.
