Group Schedule Setup

The Services - Group module Group Schedule Setup feature is used to set up regularly scheduled groups, including schedules and rosters.  Once set up, the information for scheduled groups will be available when using the Group Notes feature and can be used to indicate participation using the Activities feature.

Required Permissions 

Use of the Group Schedule Setup feature requires the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Group Button

Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Group Schedule Setup feature are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.

  NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
