Using the Charts Module in AWARDS

  • General Reporting

  • Employment

    The Employment feature is used to enter and view consumer employment records, employer records, and other employment-related information.

  • Entitlements

    The Entitlements feature is used to enter, update, and review consumer entitlement records, generate fee agreement forms, and work with monthly allowance information.

  • Hospital

    The Hospital feature is used to enter and review hospitalization records and a hospitals list, to monitor ER utilization, and to generate hospitalization referral letters.

    The Incidents feature is used to complete a multi-step process for entering and reviewing incident records.

  • Medical

    The Medical feature is used to maintain and review consumer medical information.

  • Outcomes

    The Outcomes feature is used to monitor agency operations and goal outcomes.

  • Reception Desk

    The Reception Desk feature allows you to view reception desk and program log book information for day and housing programs.

    The Services - Group feature is used to enter and review group services records, including group notes and activities.
