The AWARDS Employment module is used to enter, maintain, and view client/consumer employment records, employer records, and other employment-related information.
Required Permissions
The Employment module is available to users with the following permissions:
- Display Any Chart Records Buttons
- Display Chart Records Employment Button
Additional permissions that are required to use the individual features within the Employment module are discussed in detail in the Resource Center sections for each of those features.
Module Features
The Employment module is comprised of the following features:
- Contacts Log (Employment) - Enter, update, & delete employment related contacts log records and view log reports.
- Group Notes (Employment) - Enter, update, & delete employment related group notes and view group note reports.
- Jobs - Access job related features used to track information like interviews, job placements, employers, etc.
- Progress Notes (Employment) - Enter, update, & delete employment related progress notes and view note reports.
- Education/Training - Access training related features used to track information like test scores, training placements, and more.
