Viewing a Basic Entitlements Report

A sortable read-only report that includes basic client and entitlement details (including entitlement type, effective date, expiration date, and other key pieces of information) is available from within the AWARDS Reports module.  To view this report, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

  1. From the left-side navigation menu, click the Reports icon.

  1. Select the Program from the Program drop-down menu. In the Search field, type Certified Entitlements Report (or if you've previously bookmarked the report, it will be displayed in your bookmarked reports list.)

  1. Click the report.

Note: In addition to the report settings described below, this page also contains access to the Entitlements ReportBuilder. For more information on that feature, see Using the Entitlements ReportBuilder

  1. Select the type of entitlement from the Entitlement drop-down menu. Note: To view the report for a specific client, select "All Types".

Note: When viewing the report using the "Medicare and not Medicaid" option, any Medicaid record containing an ID of "Pending," "Ineligible," or "Spend Down" is not counted as a Medicaid record for the client.

  1. Select the Status. Select the Client. Note: If the report is to be viewed for a former/discharged client, first select Roster Archives.
  1. If "All Clients" was selected in the step above and you wish to include pending clients, select the Include Pending Clients for All Clients Report checkbox. Note: Pending clients intakes that have been processed, but have not yet been admitted into the program -- when that program utilizes the multi-step intake process. Clients in residential programs who have rooms reserved using the optional Room Reservations functionality are also considered pending.
  2. Click Continue.

The contents of this read-only report are based on the selections made on the previous pages. It may contain a combination of ID number, amount, effective and expiration dates, direct deposit status, and agency payee information. The basic Certified Entitlements Report only lists those clients with entitlement records. Clients who do not have entitlement records will not be included.
