Services - Group

The AWARDS Services - Group module is used to maintain and review group services records, including those for group notes and activities.

Required Permissions 

The Services - Group module is available to users with the following permissions:

Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Group Button

Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Services - Group module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.

  NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Module Features 

The Services - Group module is comprised of the following features.  Click a link below to access the Online Help pages for the corresponding feature.

ACTIVITIES - Learn to enter, update, and delete group attendance information and to view group attendance reports.

GROUP NOTES - Learn to enter, update, and delete group notes and to view group note reports.

GROUP SCHEDULE SETUP - Learn to maintain and view group activity schedules and rosters and to perform other group-related setup tasks.

STAFF TRAINING - Learn to work with staff training records in both data entry and report modes.

Additional Services - Group Reports  

The following reports, while not located directly within the Services - Group module itself, can be a useful tool for analyzing services-related information.

Caseload Activity Report - Used to generate reports of key info for a worker's entire caseload. 

E-Signable Records ReportBuilder - Used to generate reports of records configured with e-signatures, showing which have been signed, which still need signing, and more.

Service Contacts ReportBuilder - Used to generate custom reports of individual and group services.
