The Individual Client Schedule component of the Services - Group module's Group Schedule Setup feature is used to maintain client activity schedules, as well as to view client and program schedule reports.
Required Permissions
Use of the Individual Client Schedule feature requires the following permissions:

NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Updating Client Activity Schedules
To update a consumer's group activities schedule, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:
- Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the program associated with the client for whom the schedule is to be updated.
- Click Charts from the left-hand menu, and then click Services - Group. The Group Services fly-out menu is displayed.
- Click Group Schedule Setup. The Group Schedule Setup fly-out menu is displayed.
- Click Individual Client Schedule. The Individual Client Group Schedule Settings page is displayed.
- Click the Consumer drop-down arrow and select the client whose schedule is to be updated.
TIP: If the client whose schedule is to be updated is a former (discharged) client, first click Roster Archives beneath the client selection option.
- Click CONTINUE. The Individual Client Group Schedule page is displayed.
- At this time one or more of the following tasks may be completed:
Add a new activity to the consumer's schedule - To do so, click the Activity drop-down arrow and select the new activity, then type the client's start date for that activity in the corresponding Start Date field (using mm/dd/yyyy format).
TIP: To view a schedule of available groups for the month along with the dates on which they are being held, click View Monthly Program Schedule. When your review of that schedule is complete, click your browser's Back button to return to this data entry page.
Update an existing schedule record - To do so, make changes to the client's activity start date as necessary, and/or enter a date in the End Date field (using mm/dd/yyyy format) to indicate that he or she is no longer a member of the selected group.
Remove a schedule record - To do so, click the Delete checkbox next to the activity that is to be removed from the client's schedule (so that it will be as if he or she was never a member of that group).
- Click CONTINUE. The schedule information is saved, any records marked for deletion are removed, and a read-only Individual Client Group Schedule confirmation page is displayed.
TIP: To make further changes or additions to the client schedule at this time, click DATA ENTRY to return to the Individual Client Group Schedule page.
The process of updating a client's group activities schedule is now complete.
Viewing a Client Activity Schedules Report
To view a client's activities schedule, complete the following steps:
- From the navigation bar, click Reports (or click the Reports icon). The Reports index is displayed.
- Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the individual program for which the report is to be run. (This report cannot be generated for "All" or "Custom Grouping" selections.)
- If you previously bookmarked the Individual Consumer Group Schedule Report it is displayed on the reports index by default; otherwise, from the left-hand menu bar, click All under "Show Reports."
- Use the navigation features in the bottom-right corner to locate the Individual Consumer Group Schedule Report in the index, or enter "individual consumer" in the Search field in the upper-right corner.
- Click Individual Consumer Group Schedule Report from the reports index. The Individual Client Group Schedule Settings page is displayed.
- Click the Consumer drop-down arrow and select the consumer for whom the report is to be viewed. The default value is "All Clients."
- Only those program activities for which the client is a member, and which are scheduled to take place within the date range entered in the From and To fields on this page will be included in the report. Make changes to the default date range as necessary (using mm/dd/yyyy format).
TIP: The date range entered cannot be longer than one year.
- Click CONTINUE. The report is displayed on the Individual Client Group Schedule Report page.
The contents of this read-only report include a calendar of the scheduled activities at the selected program for the date range and client(s) specified on the previous page.
The process of viewing a consumer activity schedule is now complete.
