E-Signatures Configurations

The E-Signatures Configurations functionality enables AWARDS administrators to create custom signature sets for the purposes of designating who should electronically sign records and which options they should have in the signing interface when doing so.  Available for progress notes and monthly checklists (other e-signing configuration happens using Business Rules).


FormBuilder

The FormBuilder tool enables staff to build forms and assessments for the collection of both client and employee data in various AWARDS locations, as well as to create reports based on the fields in those forms.


ListBuilder

The ListBuilder is used to design customized selection lists for use with a variety of AWARDS functionality, including PlanBuilder, BillingBuilder, and the File Cabinets.


PlanBuilder

The PlanBuilder can be used to design customized service/treatment plans based on a standard set of pre-made templates that reflect common plan configurations in use by AWARDS agencies.  Once created and enabled, plans can be filled in and reviewed by staff using the Plans and Reviews feature.


Providers Directory

The Providers Directory is used to maintain a master list of provider contacts available for assignment to client records.  Used in conjunction with the Medical module's Providers feature.


Referral / Provider Agencies

The Referral / Provider Agencies tool is used to maintain a list of referring agencies for use throughout AWARDS.

Waiting List Configuration

The Waiting List is optional functionality that enables agencies to create customized waiting lists with specific requirements and to assign source and destination programs for those lists.
