Using the Administration Module in AWARDS
The Agency File Cabinet feature allows you to upload files to AWARDS so they can be accessed by all users of the database. Examples of popular files saved include employee handbooks, policy documents, important templates or forms, etc.
The Builders & Tools section of AWARDS gives access to features like FormBuilder, PlanBuilder, E-Signature Configurations, and more.
The Fiscal feature is used to complete advanced fiscal and program related reporting and data entry.
The Human Resources feature allows you to access staff employment records and perform various human resource related tasks.
The Operations feature allows you to enter and review property maintenance information.
